Because our items are custom made, please allow up to 7-14 days for production and 7-14 days for shipping.
Most items are shipped within 3-5 days of ordering.
All sales are final.
All orders are custom made by Printful, a custom print fulfillment service. Because items are custom made, all sales are final.
Damaged Items
Did your item arrive damaged? Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order using the form below.
Along with Printful, we’ll review return/replacement requests only if the product is damaged or if there is a print error.
Lost Shipments
If your shipment has been lost, ensure you entered the correct address by checking your shipping confirmation. Eleven.XI is not responsible for shipments sent to addresses that have been entered incorrectly.
If the address was correct, get in touch with us using the form below ASAP so we can see what can be done.
Please note: It is the customer’s responsibility to file any claim with a carrier for a lost shipment if carrier tracking indicates the shipment was delivered.
